Fair game

When the cat’s away, the mice can play and with Justin Barcia missing in action at Reddick for the second round of the Gold Cups, the battle for the lead was actually exciting to watch!

Lucas Crespi found the way in the 250A class and took a stunning first moto victory on his 250f – even Willie Manning (WMI) himself was there to witness it!

Then, in the first 250 Pro moto, everything seemed to be going right for #391 until suddenly those of us standing in the mechanic’s area heard a loud crack and Lucas’ bike chased him to ground amidst a huge cloud of smoke! I’d never seen anything like that before – everyone else had – so I was happy to see him walk away from the accident.

I went to peep the damage...
